I am KIM Yong Sun, Minister of the Ministry of Intellectual Property (MOIP) of the Republic of Korea, and it is with great pleasure to welcome you to the official website of the MOIP.

IP has now become a core asset underpinning the competitiveness of nations and enterprises alike.

As the central control tower of Korea's IP policy, the MOIP will coordinate national IP strategies across the government and foster an innovation-driven ecosystem that supports the nation's sustainable growth and advancement.
